Attainment

The percentage of quota a rep, segment or team achieved in a period.

In depth

Board-level view: % of reps at ≥100% quota (target 60–70%), median attainment (target 80–100%), top-quartile attainment. A team with 20% of reps at 200% and 60% at <50% has a product-market-fit problem masked by a few hero reps.
