BDR

Also known as Business Development Representative

Business Development Rep, often synonymous with SDR; some orgs split BDR = outbound, SDR = inbound.

Naming varies by company. The functional split that matters is inbound (respond to raised hands) vs. outbound (create demand into cold accounts), the skills, cadence and comp differ materially.
