Commit

Forecast category: deals a rep is personally staking their number on. Historical close rate 90%+.

In depth

Commit is a promise, not a probability. A deal moves to commit only when: economic buyer has verbally agreed, paper is with legal, and the close date is in-period. Everything else is Best Case.
