GRR

Gross Revenue Retention, retention excluding any expansion revenue. Caps at 100%.

GRR strips out upsell and cross-sell to expose the true stickiness of the product. If NRR is 130% but GRR is 82%, the business is masking a churn problem with heroic expansion.
