Time to Value

Also known as TTV

Days from contract signature (or signup) to the customer realising the first meaningful outcome.

In depth

TTV is the leading indicator of both retention and expansion. Sub-30 days is elite for mid-market SaaS. Long TTV is usually an implementation or activation problem, not a product problem.
