Packaging

How product features are grouped into tiers, editions or add-ons that customers buy.

Packaging is the highest-leverage GTM decision most SaaS companies never revisit. Good packaging creates a clear upgrade path, avoids feature cannibalisation between tiers, and makes the buyer's decision fast. Repackaging is often a 20–40% ARR event with no product change.
