Role-Based Access

Permission levels in a CRM tied to a user's role, controlling what they can view, edit or delete.

In depth

Good role-based access means sales reps can't see finance data, junior reps can't bulk-delete records, and only a small number of super admins can change global settings. Most CRMs support permission sets or profiles that can be assigned by team, keeping onboarding and offboarding simple.
