SSO

Also known as Single Sign-On

Single Sign-On, letting users log into a CRM using one company-wide identity provider rather than a separate password.

In depth

SSO (via Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace) is standard on enterprise CRM tiers and is treated as a baseline security requirement in most SOC 2 or ISO audits. It also simplifies offboarding: disabling one central account removes access everywhere at once, instead of hunting down individual tool logins.
