Adoption

The extent to which a customer's users actually use the product's key features in their daily workflow.

In depth

Measured as DAU/MAU ratio, feature adoption %, seats provisioned vs. seats active. Adoption is the leading indicator of both renewal and expansion; low adoption 60 days in is the strongest churn predictor.
